After the California rally I had to upgrade my exhaust system.
I had to move the cat back so the exhaust would not hit the front lower cross brace I wanted to install.

2911 Compares new to old front pipe with cat and flange 2.25" pipe and parts.

2882 From the flange back to the rear muffler. compares old to new.

I have added a flange behind the cat and in front of the resonator. I have extra flanges that I will use as restrictors.
Flange sizes are 1.5", 1.75", and 2.0" These will be used between the front and rear pipe to restrict/tune the cat for
proper tempurature and flow.

2912 right flange is 2.25" this is where I willl tune the exhaust.

Im thinking of doing exhaust on my car. I kind of want a twin 2.5" tip that is slanted and angled up. I want a little note to the exhaust with out the drilled coffee can/diesel muffle sound. This inspires me to go get an estimate done.

the muffler was so long that even with it mounted as far forward as it could be fitted, the tips still stuck out too far.

nobody made a shorter muffler at that time.

It's a DTM style tip and a lot of manufacturers make that style. you may be able to find one that fits tighter to the rear bumper. Worst came to worst you could likely get a DTM style tip and get it welded to a shorter can :thumb2:
