Anyone have a list of upgrades that would improve an old 1992 Metro R12 system when converting to 134? I think a bigger 1997 condenser would be a good start. I expect to need a longer hose for that. What about the metering for 134 conversion? A 1997 compressor is different part number. Same wiring? Is there an advantage to the newer one? My compressor is said to be good. Currently, it's converted to 134 w/ a new drier. 60 degrees at idle and 50 on the road. All help would be appreciated. Also, I'm considering having a blower fan rewired to spin faster to move more air. I fixed all leaks at blower housing box, but it's still lame on air flow. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Been thinking about same thing lately! Maybe bigger fan on condenser.
