To adapt trans for cable clutch and figure out a speedometer solution.

To use 1.6 GLX drive axles and Swift Gt hubs.

Can I rebuild the outer cv joints so that I can use them with the 23-spline hubs?

Also, I have the driver side trans mount, and the rear mount from a Swift Gt. Will these mounts work with the Aerio trans?

bostssgt never mentioned in his swap thread what he used to mount the transmission he swapped in, so I am not sure.

Welcome to TS, in theory the only difference between the 1.6glx and gt axles is the inner CV, the outer CV should be the same but I can't verify that.

The gearbox side mount from 1.6 swift sedan should be a straight swap but the rear mount may need to be custom, talk to dmwdave on Redlinegti as he makes some of the components to do the conversion like the wedge adapter for the intermediate shaft and the rear engine mount I believe.

rear mount is stock 1.3 mount,
for speedometer on aerio just redrill the hole larger for speedometer gear/housing assembly
