Hey guys. I recently picked up a g10 lump with very low mileage (32K to be exact) and I had noticed that the carb on it is different to mine. Its the same year as mine, the only difference being that mines a japanese import and this was an irish car.

The tag seems to be missing off this carb, but theres codes on the bottom:

13400 - 60E50
197930 - 0240

Ive also got a couple of pictures of it. If anyone could help. :)

Thanks again for any help guys.

That isn't a carburetor, but a throttle body injection set up and they are very very common here in the USA.
You shouldn't have any trouble getting parts via ebay.
Look up Geo Metro '89-94 and see what you find.
How many wires and how many oxygen sensors in the exhaust?
Also: any codes?

Thanks for the reply. So this is very like a single point injector setup?
There's one sensor in the exhaust, its before the cat. But my carb engine also has this sensor. It's a single wire sensor, so more than likely just a temperature sensor?

So I guess my next question is, is it possible to fit this to my engine? There was no ECU in the car I took this throttle body from.
