:? Hello.
I have a 88 sprint with 35000 miles on the car. Some body gave it to me. Would not pass I/M. No more I/M here and I am driving it. Get's about 25 miles a gallon. I assume the power valve is bad. I got one. need to put it in.
That carb on it is a nightmare.
Is there any other carb that will fit on it. I want to get rid of all the emission stuff and put a straight carb on it. If I can. Also like to try Water for gas on it.
Can somebody give me some ideas or am I nuts.
Thanks.
Hatesnow.

Once you get the cars dialed-in (compression, leaks, bearings, alignment, brakes) swap in new rubber and glass, you've got something which should last for years!
