i can only comment on the USA version.
a 85-88? sprint has a vacuum advance carb. in my 86, the ignition circuit is in the carb (i think, correct me if im wrong)
so a 86 sprint dizzy *should* not need additonal hard ware, *i think*
there is a dual vacuum dizzy, on the sprint ER (very hard to find) that has dual advance, or advance and retard, not real sure.
the info on the ER sprint is second hand at best.
