Nice build my question i have to know is why didnt you just put a honda motor in the car when you went through the trouble and money to make the crank fit and then use the rods and piston???

hey i noticed u did something diff from the other guys with d16 cranks correct me if im wrong but u did not trim the flywheel side of the crank to fit the gasket but made a plate with the honda gasket??? n then did the bolt pattern on the suzi flywheel is that correct???

if thats the case i wanna tell my buddy thats is going to use d d16 crank but hes planning onto filling the honda bolt pattern and drill the suzuki bolt pattern....

There is no cuting or triming on the crank. it have complate original dimensions.
i made a custom plate for flywhell sealer with laser cutting. it is same with original plate only differances is sealer hole radius.

GT you couldnt describe what you did to fit the a certain model of d16 crankshaft?
We can see you did a laser cut flange for the backing plate but also interested
to see what you did for the mains cap, block mains and what your previous big bore
79mm engine history? did it survive the big sleeves?
