Hi guys
Sorry for my english :)

I have my suzuki samurai with G13 engine and not so far ago I've bought 1.6L G16A SOHC TBI for swap.
But the all I have is: G16A block, 16V head, TBI intake, swift ECU. No harness no information about sensors and vacuum tubes.

Can you help me?
I need wiring diagram, and some manuals to this engine. I tried to search your website but my english is not the best and here is a HUGE coupe if information.

Does my ECU fit to this engine, the number of ECU is 33920-72C1

Guys, returning to my previous ask for help - I really missed my head in these tons of info on your forum but still found no answers on my question.
May be you can tell me how can I my "right" search?

can I install sidekick (vitara) cam into the my swift's head and use my old distributor from 1.3L 8V samurai's head?

Today I had found the answer on my previous post by myself :?

You know guys in my country it is very hard to find suzuki vitara or swift and just impossible to find any manual for suzuki engines.

BTW I can't use my disti from 1.3 8v with vitara 1.6 16V cam, because the distributors' cases are different :|

I decided to try to find used vitara's 1.6 16V head and use vitara's disty on my swift's head.

I need valve adjusting information for 1.6 16V SOHC head (with TBI). Where can I get it?

Note: When checking valve clearance, insert thickness gauge between camshaft and cam-riding face of rocker arms
cold
intake .005 to .007"
exhaust .009 to .011"
hot
.007 to .009
.011 to .013

need some help. I'm looking for the crank beraing set and the connection rod bearing set for my G16A.
I need part numbers and may be advice where to buy nice parts.

Hello,
I'm in the same situation: 1.6 16v sohc TBI from 1992 swift AWD, and not find a wiring diagram for it. Searching but nothing found.
Any help?
