bump the compression up...shaved head and/ or higher comp pistons.
4.10 trans will get you off the line quicker, as well as a lightened 1.3 flywheel/clutch combo upgrade well make it rev quicker.
2 inch exhaust, free flowing muffler (cat as well, if needed to pass smog) port match head/ exhaust manifold.
(I was told by 3-tech not to bother with the intake side, unless its a turbo car)
advanced cam sprocket/ camshaft will really help.
under-drive crank pulley.
lightweight 13 or 14 inch tires/ wheels
shed some weight-large stereo systems/un-needed items make you slower.
or try to find a CANADIAN T3 for a COMPLETE turbo swap-

lots of options out there.
be patient with mike (3-tech) he is a busy man, has lots (if not all!) of the knowledge needed to make these cars move!
