Seems like the fasteners are exposed only when you slide he cover up exposing them???
Or, can they be removed from outside or inside the cover?
UPDATE 3/17/2017:
I actually got the headrests out but now trying to figure out how to remove the plastic escutcheons which trap the cover with their top flange.
To remove headrest:
Facing rear of car in front of seat back: ROTATE CCW the LHS escutcheon which disengages the pawl and lets the headrest slide out.
