i was getting a needle flutter from 4-6 psi at idle and closer to 6 at high rpms.
the 86 sprint has a fuel cup in the gas tank for the uptake tube, i wonder how much they changed the fuel tank design from the mk1 to the mk2. ive been wanting to convert to a eletric fuel pump. i wonder if the intake fuel pump from the mk2 will mate up to the mk1. i got a clone bosch 044 inline fuel pump waiting to be put on, but mounting it is a problem. id have to mount in the engine bay, and im not sure how long it will last going from a 6 foot 1/4 inch intake to a 5/8 intake at the pump, then back down to 1/4. the only real option is see is to buy a mk1 geo metro 2 door fuel tank and see if it mates up, or take a risk and buy just the intank EFI assembly.
