Hey, I have a 2000 swift with the 1.3 16v engine. For those of you who do mods and head work do any of you unshourd the valves? I was just looking at my head and the outer edges of the valve are super close to the combination chamber shoulder. Do any of you open this up some or does it flow well enough as is? I know it's a popular thing to do in old v8's but then again they are old.

It's also getting some higher compression pistons, new valves with 3 angle grind, ported and polished, itbs and and I'll build a exhaust manifold/header once I figure a cam out. Where are some decent places to get a cam. And does any one know how much revs the rocker arms will take before they come apart?

And if you have any other suggested mods/upgrades that I can do while it's apart that would be greatly appreciated as well.

Take some time and have a good read up as there is a lot of good info on this site, as for cams, 3-tech/Suprf1y can sort you out, look under the Manufacturers/Suppliers section as there is a sticky.
