I can sort through code to make a good custom chip for any Swift GT/GTi, but I'm no solder ninja

Well so far only one person has asked me to do this and it took me awhile to get around to it because I am busy working on my masters degree. However, I have a lot of experience working on stuff that is much smaller than our ECUs things that have SMD or BGA pads. There are a couple tricks to getting these kinds of chips out without causing damage, but it is very doable.
That said I'm happy to help whomever, I'm not really sure on a price I did a trade for this one so there wasn't a $ amount on it. I'm a bit curious to know what your local PC tech charges you to butcher one. Anybody can hack one off and heat the pins till they drop out
