I wanted a crankshaft under drive pulley that had the A/C pulley also.
No one makes it so I made one.
I started out with a 4.0" round bar stock in 6061 grade.

A days worth of machining and I have a double under drive pulley.
3926 says a lot. From left to right it shows the 4.0" bar stock, the 4.0" under drive pulley I made, a 1.0L stock double pulley with
AC, a stock 98 1.3L with dampener, and a crankshaft sprocket that was used as a tool for holding the 4.0 under drive pulley in the
lathe to do the machine work.

3943 shows the undercut on the back side of the pulley so it doesn't rub the timing cover. It also shows the weight of the pulleys.
stock 98 1.3L with AC and dampener 4.06 pounds
stock 98 1.0L with AC 2.71 pounds
my newly made under drive pulley with AC 1.14 pounds

3930 I would recommend using the longer pulley bolts.

3950 Installed on the 98 SOHC 16 valve motor just for the picture.
The only thing left is to get it Anodized. I will do it in red to match the rest of the DOHC aluminum parts.

If it works out I may start making these to sell.
