came into a complete front clip off a wrecked 2013 Chevy Impala Cop Car
going to begin work on complete swap of 3.6L + 6speed auto into the swift
(have a full service auto shop with mig/tig/stick welders...mandrel pipe bender)

HOWEVER, Im going to be stripping EVERYTHING out of the 1993 swift
engine/trans/ecu/cluster/harness/fuel pump etc
If theres any interest Id be willing to sell all of the above complete

3-tech 210 cams, original Sandros chip in the ECM, genie 4-2-1 header, SR20 throttle body
runs strong no noise, shifts smooth approx 130k on the drivetrain +/-

gonna be a complete make over, mostly swift shell
305hp/240torque with a 6spd trans, should be fun!

about to pull this week, start measuring and mocking up. welding up bracketry for the subframe to mount in and strut towers to the body.....with some widenening im sure
getting ride height / SAI spot on is going to be a challenge but shes been sitting for so many years on and off....might as well go all out

12000 mile cop car got t-boned, should be interesting

the fact that this drivetrain was designed to push around a 4500lb car, putting it in a 2500lb car (after all said and done) should be damn near bullet proof.
weight transfer during turns is a concern
open to any and all suggestions
this isnt a "will this fit" post. I have 20 years of auto experience and fabrication. It's going in. I certainly could use oppinions and suggestions as i get it together

yes, I could turbo etc etc to get the 1.3 to 300hp
HOWEVER, I cant get 300hp while probably getting 35+ MPG along with the kind of durability this swap will offer...

I'm semi considering sectioning out the car and widenening it overall for fitment and stability.
