3214 group picture of the cars. second to left blue GT was towed to the event. He turned the turbo up to 20 pounds of boost
and broke all of the upper piston rings and most likely the pistons. He turned his car into a smoker.
Red geo on the right,, 1.0L, he didn't have time to finish the exhaust, so he ran a 1.0" pipe out the right in front of the tire.
Sounded like a lawn mower, and that's what we called it. Really nice engine work.
Seven distributors installed in the parking lot, everyone got a copper battery terminal saver, copper sleeve. The girls cooked food
for all. Tissue holders for the dash and a set of lead hammers where raffled off. War stories where exchanged, Idea's spread
freely. Wish lists for upgrades exchanged.
The award for farthest traveled was from Maine.
Overcast skies and a little rain that didn't last long.
Everyone had a great time.
