I picked up a g13bb for a Megasquirt Samurai project. I’d like to rebuild the bottom end using a samurai crank which has 77m stroke instead of 75.5. I’m pretty sure the connecting rods will fit the crank but I have a couple question I hope someone can answer.
1) What is the piston to valve clearance on a stock g13bb?
2) Can anyone verify the specs for the g13bb below? I find conflicting numbers online, especially true with the cylinder head volumes.
Bore: 74
Stroke: 75.5
Cylinder Head Volume: 25.5 a ???
Effective Dish: 3cc ????
Deck Clearance 0.9mm
Compressed gasket thickness 1.2mm
Calculated compression 9.45:1
