Interesting note, this car has gone thru 2 knock controllers/ignitors
in the last couple months, leaving it dead on the side of the
road. I recently installed a blaster coil, but have those on
several other cars with no issues.
It's probably just the tach going bad, but never seen this before,
so I thought I'd just put it out there for you guys to comment on.
Could the two issue be related?? Short or bad ground in the ignitor causes the tach flutter?
