what you do is go to autozone and get a can of black Dupli-Color auto spray paint or any color you want the tail lights to be i suggest a good solid color so no light will shine through ur tail lights, go home get a paper bag or thick paper and cut out circles make sure they are perfect circles, cut them to the size you see fit, but keep in mind, you need to have them big enough for people around you to where can see you, then put tape around ur tail lights, also tape some paper bags around ur tail lights so no spray paint gets on ur car, then tape the circle cut outs to where ur tail light bulbs are and spray on a smooth coat of paint, wait for the first coat to dry then turn ur tail lights on to see where the light shines out then do another smooth coat over the spots where light shines out, after all spots are painted to where no light shine out through the paint peel the cut out circles off the tail lights and there you go you got euro tail lights

yup thats all there is to it, pretty simple job and the finished product looks awesome
