Just browsing around the internet tonight and I ran into this great tutorial. I won't be doing my pods until spring so I'll post this link up until mine get done. They are being made essentialy the same way though. Mine will be on the door instead and will be made to house 2 6.5" component sets.

Thes pods are different in the respect that they don't vent into the door itself. They are totaly sealed. The new ones will be built the same way except that they will run the length of the door and be ported.
