Hello,
some time ago (almost 1 year ago) I've bought from this guy Cultus cams and still didn't received them...
After many mails from him, that he is making a claim on Post and will send my money back (pacgake was secured) the contact was lost.
This guy wasn't logging in on teamswift for a long time, maybe he had changed his nickname.
He is from UK, and to make a money transfer he is giving his mother's paypal account: [email protected].
This guy is a THEFT!!!
Anybody knows if there is any chance to get my money back?

You can report a claim with PayPal and they will return you money if they rule in your favor....which they should if money was sent and no item was received. The problem would be time. If it's been over a year, you might have trouble winning or even reporting it.

Yea time would be an issue, Paypal only allows for I believe it is 60 days to file a claim, after that you are out of luck

Hope you can get it resolved somehow.
