Australian Manufactured Polyurethane Engine Mount Sets To Suit GTi's.
Solid polyurethane with a two piece design for easy installation.
Standard hardness is 60 duro (red)
(OEM mounts I have measured are also 60 duro but have large voids making them effectively much softer)
Custom pour available in 50 (yellow), 70 (black), 75 (blue) & 80 (green) duro at additional cost.
I am currently recomending 60 duro for modified street cars and track cars.
You may want to try 50 for your std street car or something harder for your high HP drag car....
Dimensions are listed following so you can determine whether they will suit your application, thus far the prototypes have only been installed in several Mk3 track cars.
I have also found that the Right and Rear mounts will, with slight modification, fit front and rear mount positions on some front wheel drive Corollas that have a 4 mount system. Perhaps you have another application they will work in?
Installation dimensions as follows -
Right Hand Side - Main bush dia 73.5mm, Main bush length 40mm, Flange dia 86mm, Flange thickness 15mm, Assembled width / crush tube length 70mm
Left Hand Side - Main bush dia 81mm, Main bush length 40mm, Flange dia 86mm, Flange thickness 8mm, Assembled width / crush tube length 56mm
Rear - Main bush dia 78mm, Main bush length 40mm, Flange dia 86mm, Flange thickness 8mm, Assembled width / crush tube length 56mm
All crush tube bores are 10mm clearance.
Flange thickness is such that all lateral movement is eliminated, unlke the OEM mounts which have a lot of side clearance and rely on a rubber washer as a "Bump Stop".
Please note that the following pictures show mount housings for ilustration purposes only, and the crush tubes pictured are prototypes and not zinc plated.
Included in the kit is three pairs of bushes with zinc plated crush tubes only.

Those are great looking bushings. Do you sell complete engine mount sets for MK1 ( '87 and '88 ) turbos?

I developed these to suit my Mk3, because I wasnt happy with anything else available on the market.
I dont claim to be an expert on all things Suzuki, and I am unsure what other models they may fit.
This is the reason I included the dimensions in the listing.
With these, people can check and be certain it will fit their application before purchase.
I am of course most grateful for feedback on any fitments they will suit directly, or will suit with some modification.

could you make the "dogbone" mount on a 92 1.0 metro automatic ? that mount is very prone to failure.
also the mount for the auto trans,the one under the battery....hard for me to find

Free bump for a great product.

I just installed a partial set (left and right) of Steve's 60A bushings in my FSP autocross car.

I had already installed a Super pro bushing in the rear mount because it came with their "complete" kit, which oddly does NOT include the other two. I had been chasing a problem all season with wheel hop / axle tramp since upping spring rates and moving to stickier tires.

Steve answered all of my unnecessary questions promptly and the bushings were a flawless fit and easy install. More importantly, they fixed my handling problem.
