No, I did not perform a compression test. The head was removed from a 1.8L bottom-end that burned a bearing past red-line (no surprise) before ever making it to the track. I saw that engine running and who worked on it, so I can tell everything is just fine. I was going to do some head-work on it, but now I have different plans. If you want, I can pour fuel/kerosene or similar in the combustion-chambers to see if the valves are leaking just to be sure.
Anyway according to my scale it weights 21kg... that'll cost you $150 on shipping to anywhere in the States.

One of the heads (item No.39) is temporarily not for sale anymore, as it's condition is way better than I thought. The rust inside was only on the surface of the cams and lifters but nothing to be alarmed about. After spraying some penetrating oil everywhere, I was able to take out the lifters...none of them is stuck and the bores in the head are clean. I'll fully inspect and clean everything before coming with a final price. Sorry if someone was interested.

Will number 37 the Stock GTI exhaust manifold fit on a 1998 Chevrolet metro 4 door sedan with a 4 cylinder 1.3 litre? If the answer is yes how much would it cost to mail it to Vancouver, B.C., Canada?

Do you have the twin-cam engine? If not, I don't think it'll fit...

No its not the twin cam its the regular type 1.3 litre. I bought this car about three weeks ago and I really like it but when I was looking at from behind I noticed what a tiny diameter the exhaust pipe was so at some point I'd like to lose the catalytic converter and put a larger diameter exhaust pipe on it and if that header fits I'd like to put it on too. How could I find out if that header you're selling fits? If it doesn't fit, how much cutting and welding do you think it would take to make it fit?

I really don't know man, I haven't heard of anyone doing that. I think the exhaust ports on the "regular" 1.3l are square, while the twin cam has round ports. Why don't you build you own headers from scratch?
If you want to take it all the way, aftermarket parts are hard to find for your motor, so I suggest you get a Gti or do a small boost set-up. Getting your engine to be competitive won't be cost-benefit effective, so keep that in mind before you spend too much cash on it  .

Right now I've got so many Sprints, Forsas, Fireflies, Swifts, Geos, and Metros to get back on the road in bone stock factory configuration that I don't have the time to start fabricating headers. I have so many cars to fix that I'm now paying another teamswifter to fix some of them while I fix some too. At 15 bucks for the headers I just thought they'd be nice to have if they were a quick and easy bolt on upgrade to do if I ever get around to putting a bigger exhaust on the '98 metro 4 dr sdn, which is my daily driver right now.
