In the FS section there is a 1990 GT for sale. The OP's father is very anal about wanting to see someone in the driveway to sign papers. I want to get it to Qc and ready to book transport right meow.
How is signing the back of the papers and a hand written bill of sale as is, with my name, QC drivers licence number, signed by himself, sent by mail, so hard to do ??

Is there someone that would like to help out save a dying breed ?

Frank, please read the last suggestion i posted to the ad. I spoke to 2 insurance agents for advice on out of province sales.

Seller already wrote it will not be sold here. Listing is deleted off Seattle's Craigslist.

I can assure you it was not listed in any Canadian CL's that I could find with my CL search app.

Which make this whole episode very peculiar. Trolling?

Frank is better off calling the local junk yard. He will likely be dealing with a reasonable person there if this car actually exists.

Clint, the seller has been a TeamSwift member since March 2008.

From my perspective, transacting in Swifts has been increasingly difficult as buyers/sellers can get lose patience and be frustrated by (lack of) time / distance / (lack of) space / shipping / low price problems.

I hope that the seller and buyer can work things out in this instance.
