Can't believe you found this
Back in the 90s there was a car accessory/tuning shop called rip speed here in the UK. They had an annual catalog which I would drool over looking at all the pictures of tuned cars and all the cool mods you could buy for them.
Now for years I seemed to remember that in one of those catalogs either on the cover or at least a full page add there was a picture of a Swift gti with the roof chopped and no windscreen.
Because this was pre-Internet, or at least before I new anything about it info on this "picture" that was just a memory in my mind was very hard/impossible to find. I was just left to asking friends if they remembered anything like the swift I described but nobody did. So over the years I started to think that I must have imagained or dreamed about that image/car!
But here it is
