If anyone is interested, One of our regional online auction services is liquidating an estate , that includes a rather eclectic collection of vehicles. these include a couple that could be of interest to our community, they include a 2000 swift 3door with 1.3, AT,AC and only 6515 miles along with a sharp black 96 X-90 4x4 at/ac with only 000780 miles. current bids at time of this posting are $2575.00 and & $5050.00 respectively. with around 6-days to go. surely both will bring really good money. but if anyone cares to join me in armchair spectating. please go to k-bid.com. the location for pickup is about 45 miles northeast +/- from mpls airport. just across the Wisc. border. a bit.

They are up to $3275.00 for the swift and $5200.00 for the x-90 with 2 days left. I figure the swift should be about $4800.00 to $5200.00 when all is said and done. and the x-90 should go just north of $7500.00 IMHO. we'll see, (Jonathan)

Also the "New" Isuzu Vehicross is getting some decent action but I think that one will break the bank.

Well. the auction is over. The newish 2000 swift brought $5175.00 and the New X-90 4x4 brought $8300.00 (A bit more then I thought, but still not bad buys for cars that are all but irreplaceable. and down right cheap for an all but new car, that costs only $42.00 a year to license. next to nothing to insure,and parts are cheap.
although I hope neither suffers the fate of being cheap transportation, Best wishes all, Jonathan

Hopefully the new buyer of the 2000 Swift will not have to spend much on consumables such as tires, fuel system or brake parts, which may have deteriorated due to long periods of non-use. Assuming the mileage was accumulated evenly over the last 15 years, the car averaged only one tank of gas per year.
