It's at the upholsterer's and she can't figure out how to remove the plastic bushings on top of the seat back through which the headrest rods go. (One of the bushings is spring loaded an rotates to disengage he head rest adjustment pawl so the head rest an be removed.)
What makes this difficult is that only the Turbo had the adjustable head rest meaning not many people would have done this. But this might be a method Suzuki used in other cars. Hence the posting here rather than Interior.
