Hi all,
I have a sticky rear calliper on my gti and on inspection it looks like one of the slider pins is seized. The rubber boot looks perished, which is fair enough for a 27 year old car!
New(refurbished) callipers aren't easily available here in the U.K. so I'm thinking I'll have to rebuild the calliper. There is a rebuild kit on eBay which seems to have all the rubber seals needed.
So, can anybody point me in the right direction of a How-to for a calliper rebuild?
I know there used to be a workshop manual on here years ago but can't seem to find it now
Any help is much appreciated
